The Top Employers Institute (TEI) has recognised leading banks in Botswana for embedding people-centric leadership into their core business strategies, following its 2026 certification based on evidence-driven assessments of human capital practices.

TEI certification evaluates organisations across six domains, including business strategy, work environment, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership effectiveness. Certified organisations join a global cohort of nearly 2,500 employers across 131 countries, representing international benchmarks in people management.
