Jack’s Camp, Botswana’s iconic luxury safari retreat in the Makgadikgadi Pans, has been named a Condé Nast Traveller Triple Crown property – a rare achievement placing it among the world’s best hotels.
The newly launched Triple Crown distinction is awarded only to properties that have secured all three of Condé Nast Traveller’s highest honours: the annual Hot List for best new hotels, the Gold List for editor favourites, and the Readers’ Choice, chosen by the publication’s global audience. The brand-new Jack’s Camp pays homage to the property’s enduring 1940s campaign style and reopened in 2021 after a complete rebuild. The camp features nine guest tents – seven twins and two doubles – each designed as a stylish tented pavilion with hand-carved beds and sweeping views over the vast salt pans.
