Not All’s Fare in Love

Few times in the year are as divisive as Valentine’s Day. It is no wonder, however, that a day set aside to honour love might cause heightened emotions. Of the many elements that contribute to this rousing of emotions, the financial implications associated with this day take the top prize. 

While some sit on the side of merely making it a day of appreciation, others feel compelled to stage extravaganzas whose intended recipients they believe deserve. Far from being accusatory, it is fair to remind that not all is fare in matters of love.
