The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Botswana Life, Ronald Samuels, says the country’s largest life insurer recognises that it is important to help Batswana see the importance of life insurance as a necessity and not a luxury, especially in these uncertain times.
This is after Botswana Life, which is a major subsidiary of Botswana Insurance Holdings Limited (BIHL), experienced a high lapse rate of life policies in the first half of 2022.
“We are constantly investing in spreading the education and a smooth retention processes ensuring convenience and value for customers at every turn as a partner they truly can count on at all times,” Samuels told The Business Weekly & Review in an interview.
