Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Limited (BTC) has announced its Investor Day Roadshow, a nationwide shareholder engagement initiative aimed at fostering meaningful dialogue with investors and the broader investment community.

The roadshow commenced on 27 August 2026 in Gaborone at Travelodge, and will continue on 28 August in Francistown at Adansonia Hotel, before concluding on 31 August in Maun at Maun Lodge.

All sessions will be held from 8:30am to 11:30am. The Investor Day initiative is a first-of-its-kind engagement for BTC’s more than 39,000 investors, aimed at enhancing shareholder education and promoting financial inclusion.

Through the roadshow, BTC will engage directly with investors across Botswana, providing insights into the company’s performance, strategic direction, growth opportunities and long-term shareholder value creation. The initiative will also provide investors with an opportunity to engage with the company’s executive management on its performance, strategic priorities and future growth plans.

The engagements will highlight BTC’s market positioning, key strengths and risk considerations, while providing practical information on investing and participating in Botswana’s capital markets.

By creating a platform for open dialogue and shared understanding, BTC aims to bring institutional and retail investors closer to the company while strengthening participation in Botswana’s capital markets.

As BTC enters the second half of its financial year, the roadshow underscores the company’s continued commitment to keeping investors informed and engaged. By taking its investment story directly to investors, prospective investors and the broader investing public, BTC is seeking to strengthen investor education and deepen participation in Botswana’s financial market ecosystem.

Through the Investor Day Roadshow, BTC reaffirms its commitment to transparency, shareholder engagement and long-term value creation, while promoting a more informed and inclusive investment culture across Botswana.
