Canadian junior NexMetals Mining Corp. has completed a long-awaited milestone payment to the BCL liquidator, officially settling the outstanding balance on the Selebi and Selkirk mining assets and securing full, unencumbered ownership.
The company announced this week that it paid US$25 million (approximately P350 million) to fulfil the terms of its Asset Purchase Agreements for the two former BCL mines.
