First Capital Bank Botswana has announced the appointment of Lesego Ayub Osman as Chief Executive Officer, effective 6 March 2026.
Osman joins the Bank with extensive experience across corporate and commercial banking, treasury and capital markets. He most recently served as Head of Business & Commercial Banking at Stanbic Bank Botswana and previously held senior leadership roles at Rand Merchant Bank, including Head of Global Markets and Custody.
His appointment reflects the Bank’s continued focus on strong client relationships, disciplined growth and long-term value creation. With deep market knowledge and leadership experience, Osman is well positioned to lead First Capital Bank Botswana into its next phase of strategic growth.
