Precious Gondwe is known for her deep passion for black excellence. She is the brain behind Precious and Partners law firm and is no stranger to class and elegance. The ever-sizzling advocate has turned her passion into a business, and she has recently introduced a newbie fashion store under her belt styled Precious Allure.
This week, Executive Life had an exclusive Interview with her at her luxurious store which is turning up the heat at the moment.
Her brand, which was created out of inspiration from her late father who was a fashion designer and entrepreneur, was officially launched on 20 June 2021. Gondwe recalls memories from her early childhood where she used to travel with her father to Hukuntsi, Kanye and Jwaneng to sell clothing items.
As a child, it seemed a punishment but she is now grateful for all she learnt under the guidance of her father. Little did she know that he was training her to become a serial entrepreneur herself. As her father often said, you cannot be shy if you have something to sell.
Inside Precious Allure
The store brings women and menโs clothing items, accessories that complete the outfit such as sunglasses, shoes, handbags and ties.
โThe pandemic has highlighted the need for an online presence,โ she says. โNot only are we active on Instagram and Facebook but we also have our very own website where our customers can directly shop from there.
โOur aim is to give our customers a personalised shopping experience as we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We want to make online shopping easy and convenient for our customers. They have the option to shop directly from any one of our online platforms.โ
Precious Allure caters for anyone who loves to look good and feel good. They pride themselves in taking note of the latest trends and creating them.
โWe do not wan to confine ourselves based on style and occasions,โ Gondwe explains. โWe are a very versatile fashion brand when it comes to styles and occasions. The aim is to be a one-stop shop for your fashion needs where you can complete your outfit from head to toe. We go the extra mile for our customers because we may, upon request, cater for custom designs to our clientsโ specific needs.โ
It is every fashion houseโs dream to leave a mark for something remarkable. In Gondweโs case, it is about a brand that makes luxury accessible. โWe want to be known for being able to give our customers a luxurious feel without breaking the bank,โ she says. โWe provide quality products at reasonable prices. Precious Allure is just an extension of Precious Gondwe; she not only created the brand but is an embodiment of it.โ

It has been just a few months since they opened and clients are smitten. This is because people who shop at Precious Allure always look the part and have their confidence notched up a bit. Gondwe says this is little surprising because looking the part and confidence come with their merchandise.
โWe sell more than just clothes but a feel as well,โ she notes. โThe feeling that comes with wearing one of our pieces is priceless. It is important to understand that you perform the best when you look the best. We trade in that at Precious Allure. It is no secret that your appearance speaks for you before you even utter a word. Therefore, I cannot stress the importance of dressing well.
โAs Kobi Mbagu once said, โSuccess can be built through style.โ If you dress well, you look good.ย And when you feel good, you worry less.ย And the less you worry, the more you are able to stay motivated and focused on your goals. In that way, you are able to live a more fulfilling and more successful life.โ
Asked what is next in her goals, she answers: โIโm a serial entrepreneur at heart. So as to whatโs next, you will just have to wait and see. But I promise you Iโm going for any and everything Iโve always dreamed of. I used to be fearful of the unknown until I decided it was possible to take charge of my space.
โNo matter what, I will always pursue my dreams and fulfill passions as I strongly believe that you cannot thrive in mediocrity because no exceptional results ever came from there. However, you can decide to be exceptional and bring exceptional results.โ
