The award comes at a time when the business reflects on a year that past in which over P2.4 billion in claims were paid out to clients in 2021. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Samuels says Botswana Life sought to ensure that all clients received the attention and care that they needed. โFrom extending our operating hours, continually expanding our digital platforms to allow for social distancing measures, relocating the existing Lobatse branch to a high traffic location affording customers convenience and enhanced experience all around, the 2021/22 period has been centrical in going above the call of duty during a difficult and uncertain period in our national health and economic history,โ the CEO notes adding that every member of the Botswana Life team was instrumental and dedicated to being a pillar of guidance, strength, and support for Batswana.
