Speaking at the prize handover event held at Gaborone Bus Rank, Acting General Manager Consumer Sales, Boipelo Segale said that the Company, which recently commemorated 40 years of progress and anchoring the National economy, is driven by a desire to see every Motswana from “our vast geographic land benefit and leverage from our products and services to enable their socio- economic growth”. She said “BTC found it prudent to reward and celebrate loyal customers who continue to use our products and services especially in these trying times of COVID-19”.

A total of six customers walked away with a cash price of P10,000.00 each. One of the lucky winners Lesego Kholombo said he was excited with his prize money because he will use it to start a small business which will see him grow his money and continue to use BTC products and services. He encouraged other customers to support BTC so that they too can benefit from the reward programme. Kolobetso Masibane, one of the customers who walked away with a Sefalana voucher

worth P1500.00, said the voucher came at the right time during the January hard times, as she will be buying food for her family. A total of three customers each walked away with the P1500.00 Sefalana vouchers. Additionally, the three  were each rewarded with a Fast Connect modem inclusive of a three months paid subscription.

An enthusiastic Tshepiso Phenyo Kentse said she was “blessed to win Fast Connect Modem loaded with free internet for  3 months”.  She thanked BTC for the gesture, adding that “the connectivity will bring some ease into her family life as her children use the internet to do their school homework”. Furthermore, Thabiso Mmatli won herself a Samsung Tablet valued at P9000.00 that included P1000.00 worth of airtime.

For a customer to be part of the exciting BTC “Recharge to Win” competition, they must recharge with BTC airtime of P50 or more using the following channels: Vouchers, Virtual channels, Bank Top up, Nthope, Mobile APP and SMEGA.
