The government has suffered a legal setback in its second attempt to challenge a P1.5 billion water supply contract awarded to Tawana Joint Venture after the Court of Appeal struck out its application for leave to appeal.

The tender relates to the detailed design and construction of the Ghanzi South and Kgalagadi North Villages Water Supply Project.
