The Minister of Minerals and Energy, Lefoko Moagi, said in answer to questions at a press briefing to apprise the fourth estate of the sale and mining agreements between the Government of Botswana and De Beers in Gaborone on Thursday this week: “We had wanted a much shorter period.”
