The High Court is expected to make a ruling on a case about whether a mining exploration company’s licence encroaches into the Okavango Delta buffer zone on 1st August 2023. 

The case was brought by Tsodilo Resources through its subsidiary, Gcwihaba Resources, which argues that its licence does not encroach into the buffer zone.
