Vantage has developed the platform gosmartvalue.com that is set to change the real estate landscape forever by giving users the choice to automatically value their property or instruct a qualified and registered valuer to carry out a detailed valuation.

Valuers on the platform are in various bank panels, including BBS, ABSA, FNB, Stanbic Bank and Bank Gaborone. The platform hosts over 50 valuers to choose from.

“We are extremely excited to close this round as it allows us to grow and capture the property valuation market, said Sethebe Manake, the Founder and CEO of the company. “As a young proptech company, we’re looking forward to this new partnership as we now have access to resources, expertise and networks that we can leverage from. We now look forward to rolling out more features and improving on our current offering.”

Over and above valuations, gosmartvalue.com provides various market research reports covering different locations around the country that help guide real estate decision-making. The business angels who have invested in Vantage Properties bring many years of experience in entrepreneurship, real estate development, law, financial management, investment, technology, research and education.

Said Ananth Ram, Chairperson of Angel Network Botswana: “Angel Network Botswana is a network of business angels who invest their personal funds in growth-oriented businesses and startups with the aim of building a sustainable business ecosystem. We give the businesses we invest in access to expertise and networks in addition to funding their growth. We are very excited to be part of Vantage Properties’ growth story. Sethebe Manake and her team have managed to leverage technology to create real value in the real estate industry in Botswana and soon beyond our borders too.”
