The long-running partnership between Ngamiland Adventures Safaris (NAS) and Wilderness Holdings Limited (WHL) has reached the High Court of Maun, following a dispute over the termination of their exclusive marketing arrangement.
NAS informed the Court that on 27 May 2025, it gave notice terminating the existing marketing agreement with Wilderness, effective 1 December 2025. Thereafter, NAS intends to handle its own marketing and reservations through its Botswana-based operations.
Wilderness, however, argues that the agreement cannot be unilaterally terminated while it or its affiliates remain shareholders in Ngamiland Adventures. The company maintains that the partnership is governed by several binding agreements dating back to the early 2000s.
