The national fuel storage project at Tshele Hill may be facing uncertainty as financiers are showing little enthusiasm for it, The Business Weekly & Review has established.
The hope was that Botswana Oil Limited, the state company overseeing the strategic project, would attract funding – preferably from domestic sources and investors – as a Public-Private Partnership. However, BOL says only foreign entities had raised a hand as of July this year.
