As Botswana prepares to host the much-anticipated Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa, in the capital city of Gaborone as well as in the pristine setting of Kasane, Stanbic Bank Botswana announced that it joined fellow local and international businesses sponsoring the event as a supporting sponsor.
The platform, which brings together participants for mentorship, networking and important conversations centered around sustainability, innovation and entrepreneurship, is a first of its kind for Botswana and aligns to the Bank’s own passion and commitment towards championing positive progress for youth.
The Forbes Under 30 Summit Africa will be held from 24-29 April. Themed “The African Century: Inspiration, Innovation, Exploration,” the Summit will drive critical conversations on sustainability, innovation, and global problems. It seeks to inspire entrepreneurship in Botswana and abroad and explore how the world can invest in and engage with the growing potential of entrepreneurism across the continent.

The four-day event is hosted in partnership with the Botswana President’s Initiative and will convene Botswana business leaders, Government officials, venture capital and business role models, alongside the world’s most influential young entrepreneurs and innovators.
